Patterns of responsible consumption

Purpose : to identify patterns of responsible consumer behavior within Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 12), recognized and shared by young consumers in Russia. Methods: the article uses analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, analysis scientific publications online survey. According keywords for 2018-2022, a list consumption was selected from bibliometric systems ScienceDirect e-library, which were then used an survey 600 active about their understanding attitude consumption. Results: concepts related Goals, first all, SDG 12, is carried out: sustainable, ethical, ecological, green, consumption, anti-consumption, interrelationships. The identified: economical use available resources (water, electricity), limitation purchased products, participation products secondary sharing, waste disposal, product selection or refusal basing on environmental impact. most common form associated with saving reusing things. example other more effective incentive than propaganda information manufacturers media. Among barriers economic factors, need make additional efforts are often mentioned. Conclusions Relevance main driver saving, limiting unnecessary spending. forms those number goods prevail. Consumers not ready pay - increase costs barrier. willing exercise if this helps reduce consuming fewer purchases at affordable price.
